Refund Policy

If you register for a course at Neuman Education and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please send a cancellation request by email to admin@neumaneducation.ca from the email address you used to register for the course. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for material items purchased in our shop. Membership and online courses are non-refundable.

We require a 5 days prior notice to the scheduled class for any changes made to your reservation in order to reschedule your booking. A $35 (+tax) administration fee will apply if any changes to your reservation is requested within 5 days of a course. You are allowed only one opportunity to reschedule your reservation. You will not be issued a refund for cancellations within 120-hours prior to the scheduled class. 

If your cancellation request is received from an email address other than the registered email address, additional information may be required including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc. Re-bookings, cancellations, and refund requests due to failure to do the blended online learning component at the very last minute is not an acceptable reason to re-book, cancel, or refund your course.

If you have requested a refund for course that is a blended program, the cost of the online portion will not be refunded as the online access cannot be transferred to another learner.

Your refund request will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund for your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Please note that all transactions have an underlying processing fee and service charge, Neuman Education does not return processing fees and/or service charges when a payment is refunded.

We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.

Late Policy

If you are late for any of our courses for greater than 15 minutes after the course commences, you will NOT be permitted to attend the training session. Late arrivals interrupt the teaching and learning process contributing to the loss of valuable class time and creates disruption to the learning of others.
